Terms of Service

the artist has the right to refuse commission

only for personal use, for commercial use only if discussed

do not redistribute, sell my work or profit from it in any form

do not alter the image itself or remove my signature, if you post it somewhere credit (please ask if unsure)

you may crop/resize the work for pfp, icons, wallpapers (please ask if unsure)

payment through Paypal or Ko-fi

payment upfront or half/half (half/half available for all options above 40€)

i'll get in contact for payment once the content and price are approved

please provide visual references, screenshots or detailed descriptions

detailed backgrounds or extras such as weapons will be charged extra

big changes after initial sketch has been approved will be charged extra

revisions are free and unlimited as long as they are communicated when i send a work in progress

major changes are free during sketch phase, minor edits are always possible as long as they are communicated at the affiliated phase in the process

changes that require major editing will be requiring additional fees, the same counts for if the clients misses to communicate vital information that results in major changes to the artwork

i'll usually send a wip during each phase (sketch, lineart, base colour, base shading, etc as applicable to type) and one final one before completion

wips will be of lower quality and watermarked

all commissions are around 4k and 300 dpi, unless otherwise specified

completed commissions will be sent via email

usual turnaround time for a completed commission is 1 - 2 weeks

if a commission needs to be completed for a certain date, please make sure to commission early enough and communicate the date

if it's urgent a fee might be added for rushed completion

cancellations are not accepted as i usually start working quickly after receiving payment

a partial refund is however possible of 50% if it is cancelled after sketch phase

it is ok to cancel or postpone your request before payment is processed

please be as detailed as possible in your inquiries to make the process faster

references must be provided, the more the better

if it's an OC, the character must be yours unless it's a gift, then please provide the tags of the recipient

i retain all rights to the commissioned artwork

i retain the right to display commissioned artwork on my website, socials etc. and post wips unless otherwise agreed
